which will include the Special Congregational Meeting.

The purpose of this meeting will be to vote on the nominations for council positions for the upcoming term of 2021/2022.  The positions that will be voted upon are Council President, Council Secretary, Council Treasurer, and Council Member (up to three positions are open). 

Voting details:

President -  Donna Hertzfeldt has served two consecutive terms and is not eligible for re-election. We will be calling for nominations from the floor since there have not been any members willing to submit their nominations. If no one is elected because there are none willing to accept the nomination, then Donna may continue serving as President until a Successor is elected per the constitution.

C11.02. The congregation shall elect its officers and they shall be the officers of this congregation. The officers shall be elected by written ballot and shall serve for two years or until their successors are elected.
